An Update For You! · 1:28pm Aug 4th, 2020
Ah ha ha....ha. So, I may have gotten...a bit distracted. OK a lot distracted. I will admit that I haven't started on the next chapter yet. I have reasons but I'm going to get back to it this week. I have a bit to cover so lets get to it.
These past few weeks have been really introspective for me. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail but I have taken time to learn about my own head and how my brain works. I also spent the time to ask myself, for the first time in my life, what do I want. I analyzed my emotional state and all that fun stuff. Overall, it was really nice.
Secondly, getting all the media accounts was not a great idea for my attention on things like, I dunno, writing, editing my videos, etc.
As for writing, like I said, I will work on Tears this week. I have also finished the first draft of my bestiary, save for the section on hybrids. It still needs tweaking but I'm really proud of it. I even printed it off. I've also written a bit of hybrid (yes I know I get distracted really easily) and that's also going really well.
I am also going to look into maybe building a new blog away from fiction. I know I've said it before but I honestly wasn't sure about what I wanted to do with it. I used to want to do more of a business-type thing but I think I was doing it all wrong. Sure, there will be writing stuff like updates and video stuff but I also think I need to take a personal approach too. I can also rant about fandoms not MLP which will be nice. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE you guys and the MLP fandom is really amazing and fun and I've made so many friends through it. I met my first real friend when I was 16 and we became close after I caught an MLP reference he made. I know I've mentioned it before but it really changed my life for the better. I was really angry all the time but making friends helped a lot.
I'll keep you all posted about the blog thing and I'll try to get the next chapter written and out as soon as I can.
I am also way more active on twitter (@JWolfSilver) mostly She-Ra stuff but I also have other stuff there too and more to come.
Lastly, I am going to re-draw and/or redesign the Tears cover. So, If you have any suggestions; feel free to let me know.
