If Twilight had been Saved (Starfleet 3)

Twilight was killed in 03x16 "Win Lose or Die"

SITUATION...

Raven was getting away after yet another failed attempt on Celestia's life, and feld out the window, and Twilight, defying orders and overconfident as usual, chased after her, while at the same time Harkin had stolen seven fragments of the Crystal Heart.

Lightning was ordered to go after Twilight and bring her back... while the others were to go after Harkin. (The safe security of the shards was of greater importance than all of them going after Twilight)

Now true, they could have sent more guards to assist Lightning, but given that they are weaker than he and Twilight, it wouldn't help, and besides, I still would have made Twilight die... that was the plan.

Besides, Twilight can't beat Raven, and neither can Lightning (Not yet)

Still... even if I had made Lightning save Twilight, it would not go well for her.

It matters NOT that she had good intentions and was trying to capture her former teacher's assassin; orders ARE orders. she could've been destroyed! (In said alternate plot)

The Entire Starfleet organization is built on DISCIPLINE (Initiative should never clash with Discipline)

Lightning to Twilight: "Twilight Sparkle, by order of their majesties, I place you under arrest pending a court martial!"

And that would be just it... Twilight would never be able to defend herself or escape and hide somewhere. She'd be found and captured in no time, which would only further add to her charges (Resisting Arrest)

She would be court martialed, as promised, and for willfully defying orders, and becoming a danger to herself and the team, as well as the planet, her punishments would be as followed by their majesties.

Celesto -Stripped of her Rank as Captain
-Suspended from Starfleet until further notice

Celestia:-Relieved of her duties and title as Princess of Friendship

Both: -Placed under house arrest until further notice.
-Have an anti-magic manacle placed around her horn so she can't do magic.

That's as far as I know it would go, I don't know how she would ever earn her commission and freedom back, but even if she did, she'd be reinstated to the force with a rank lower than what she had, making EVERYONE, even Spike her superior officer.

That much I know, but not that it matters... she's dead, like I want her to be.
