Okay. It's time that I update you guys on my situation, and talk about my future on this site.
First thing first. My mother passed away.
On July 18th, 2019, my mother passed away due to complications from breast cancer. It was some of the worst times in my life and it screwed me up quite a bit.
My world, and certainly my writing, stopped cold. I had a billion things to work on, and we were very, VERY low on money. We were about to pull ourselves out of it... And then 2020 happened. Delaying all of our plans for obvious reasons.
This last month, however, we have started to get back on our feet. And something else happened.
I finished out MLP.
And... I loved it. A lot of people say the show lost some originality or vision for them by the end, but I truly love the last half of the show. Maybe even better than the first half. In my opinion, it ended on the perfect note. (Yes, I was disappointed in the big twist too, but not by too much). And for the first time since my mom died... I felt inspired to write.
So I've got some announcements.
Two New One Shots
I took four commissions before I went AWOL. I finished two. You will be seeing those stories in the coming weeks. The first (Here's To Us, a story of living with unrequited love, and learning how to move on) you will see by the end of the week. The other two, for obvious reasons, are unfortunately cancelled.
It took me too long to get the ones I got done done, and necessary refunds will be handed out as soon as I am able. I am thoroughly sorry, but I cannot finish those particular stories. I hate breaking contracts, and I am very embarrassed that this happened.
That said, I am VERY proud of the one shots I did manage to get done, and VERY eager for you to read them.
Oh. And speaking of cancelling story.
My Little Pony: Harmony and Entropy CANCELLED
Okay, so I have a TON of multi chapter stories that haven't updated in years. Doctor Hooves has been on the shelf forever, there was a Pokemon crossover that never really took off the ground, my military Sci-Fi story from the BEGINNING of my time here that never got off the ground.
I have a bad habit of starting an idea, running out of steam, and never finishing them. These fics are never all that popular, so I don't usually hurt anyone. I also don't like cancelling stories outright. Just in case I get the urge to jump back to them in the future, I can pull them all out of mothballs and finish them up. I DID that with my very first Fanfic a project which, despite its flaws, I am very VERY proud of.
My Little Pony: Harmony and Entropy was meant to be a spiritual successor to that first story. The Alicorn King's Glare was meant to be my pitch for an MLP movie, meanwhile Harmony and Entropy was meant to be my pitch for what Generation 5 would look like.
Unfortunately, this is when the show decided to go ALL IN on the world building. I like to keep my fanfiction as canon as possible, not directly interfering with the show's lore itself. So unless I wanted to brand this show AU, which I don't usually like doing, keeping up the fanfiction felt wrong.
Now, however, the show has ended.
.... Did I mention I REALLY liked the ending?!
New Major Project: My Little Pony: Eternal Harmony
The reason why Harmony and Entropy is getting cancelled is so that I can reboot it under this banner. The story has completely changed, and so has many of the things I had planned. Including personalities, and two of the planned main characters..
The villain, however, remains the same.
Join Luster Dawn as she moves to Ponyville as Headmare's assistant at the School of Friendship. She is confronted by a mysterious and powerful stallion that can stare directly into her soul, pulling out her deepest insecurities. Can she overcome this strange Pony in order to save her mentor? Well certainly, she can't do it alone.
That will be starting by Mid August. I hope you will all give it a read.

Firstly, I truly am sorry for your loss. No one should have to lose their mother to disease (or other factors for that matter). Secondly, I am excited about your upcoming projects (even if one is being cancelled and rebooted)!❤️
