I like Offensive Humor · 10:46am Jun 5th, 2020
Does that make me a bad person? I like stereotypical humor. I know it's bottom of the barrel stuff, but I still like it. It's not the only form of humor I like.
Do you like offensive humor?
South Park would be one of my favorite shows.
I like it a bit, but you need to feel this brink where it's still funny, otherwise you may end up with a broken nose.

I love it. But, I am a shitty person so, eh...
Just... remember to read the room, at least to see which minorities it contains. If someone specifically warns you that whatever punchline you're leading up to is going to offend them specifically, don't continue on as if they didn't do that and then double down on your principles. (Yes, someone has actually done this to me.)
I like it as long as it's not to out there, I like South Park too.
For context on my opinion on offensive humour, Conker's Bad Fur Day is one of my top ten favourite video games, ever.
Most people like being offensive to some extent but it's important to only engage in it with people who are comfortable with it.
It's all a balancing act.
Humor has a time and a place. The difference between a good comedian and a bad comedian is the ability to know the audience at hand. Being offensive for the sake of offensiveness is a stain on a person's character. Being offensive to prove a point has a time and a place. Going out of your way to never be offensive... Well. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Time. Place. Grace. And the ability to admit when you were wrong and apologize are not only the hallmarks of a good person, but also a good comedian. And by further extension, writer.

I'm not sure if that's a joke or not. Hah.
5277458
Then I guess we are both shitty.

I will never become a stand-up comedian. I like tell my jokes in stories.
5277539
Never heard of that. Is it good?
5277544
Yeah. It be foolhardy to tell this kinds of jokes in a church.

You are somewhat right. There is a time and a place for it. I personally myself would never have the courage to be a stand-up comedian. That shit, takes balls. Dave Chappelle be one of my favorite comedians.
That said I like to laugh at stereotypes even directed towards my own people. I find all Irish are Alcoholics as a funny stereotype. Despite the fact my father is an alcoholic and I had a somewhat traumatic childhood due to it.
Same.

Glad to hear it.

It's great! There's a diminutive Grim Reaper named Greg, that hates cats, Nazi Teddy Bears called the Tediz and the first real boss is a literal pile of shit with Sweet Corn teeth that sings opera at you, named the Great, Mighty Poo.
I recommend you play Conker: Live and Reloaded, which is available to download on Xbox One, rather than the original Bad Fur Day, which is on Rare Replay, because, despite a lot of unnecessary censoring, it removes a lot of the tedium for certain parts, and handles a lot better.
