It feels weird that its already about halfway through January. Work is kinda busy with plenty of editing that needs doing. I'm also working on stepping up my music practice in an attempt at playing most of the dance tunes on my accordion for the first Scottish country dance evening of the year (in August) here in Auckland. Even though its well over a month way, going from playing about 5-6 pieces (depending on what is chosen for the night) to trying to play most of the 24 is a massive jump. Since that's between 2-3 hours of music to play, it's going to involve a lot of practise, especially when I get my nicer accordion back from its repairs.
Even with plenty going on, Crashing Angels chapter 9 & 10 have seen great progress. Somehow I had such a rush of writing with ideas geared toward chapter 10 that it's pretty much ready, even before 9. I hope to have chapter 9 ready for reading around the end of the week. We are truly into new chapters here I think. Chapter 9 should be about on par with Crashing Angels levels of cuteness and it's been fun writing cute fillies being cute.
After these two chapters, I'm thinking... TwiLuna? Its been a while since I released a short story featuring those two.
I have something in mind for that. How about some Tuna that relates to my current profile picture of those two goofs attempting to dance
