Anyone remember Madness Vs Discord. Stallion vs Mare? (its uh... not new...)
I took the 4 chapters that were posted down some years ago (might have been 6 or 7... how has so much time gone by???) with the intention of editing them, cutting down on the shippyness and increasing the crazy and fun values. DinoManDraves & and I came up with the initial story idea while throwing funny ideas around. But I think I went too hard out on the shipping. When he left the project I unfortunately disconnected with it. I took the chapters down because I really did want to see it finished one day, but I did not like where the story ended up going but I was sure they would not be down for too long. I wasn't entierly sure how to fix it back then and time passed from then to now so quickly that the intention simply never turned into getting anything done.
I truly enjoy shippy cute stuff. But sometimes it does not work and in this case it was slowing the story down and taking away from the main tale.
Enter someone sending me a private message asking about why there were comments but no posted chapters and it got me looking at it.
I read my first chapter and enjoyed it so much I quickly edited it and reposed it. 2012 is when I posted that. It was so long ago. It feels season 2 and I like it... I also remember the fun I had been having on Skyrim around the time. Sheogorath is such a fun individual to deal with in that game. So thanks to bouncing ideas off a friend, I kept going with chapter edits.
I've just finished a major overhaul of chapter 2 & 3. Pretty much cut ch3 in half. Its pace is so much better... But it keeps all its crazyness and fun.
Chapter 4 I'll try and find the time for tweaks this week.
Then... big question... can I keep it going?
Well... I have a fun idea for the ending. Just came up with that today...
And I have some fun ideas for Discord. And Celestia. It's going to be so crazy. And messing with the mane 6 is fun too...
I just need to get the next chapter set up right and we should be off like squirrels with rockets on their backs.
