To be fair many of those could in theory work on an E rated story depending on how it's done. Profanity as a joke cause apparently peeved is a bad word in Equestria compared to Earth whereas it's just a normal word. So many jokes about buck outside of kicking and applebucking. Violence being self explanatory given even the show both FIM and G1 had it and it being a kids show anyway like most do.

Death is obvious for handling themes around it like coping and such or killing someone in a humorous sometimes dark parodying way like some comedy cartoons do, seeing TTG can get away with it repeatedly.

Fetish? In the words of Ted the teddy bear from the R rated movies, "Have people seen any children's cartoon ever?" Most of what we consider to be fetishes originated from children's cartoons.

Sex? Aids, awareness, Captain Planet and Spider-Man did this and Drugs to raise awareness of the dangers and how to avoid them.
