Disabling likes/dislikes ratings for Adventures From Sodor (At least for now) · 2:24am Dec 19th, 2019
Hey, anyone reading. Just giving a heads up that the rating system for Thomas & Equestria Girls 2 will be disabled once Chapter 30 is released, and won't be back on until the final chapter eventually comes out (Not sure when, but the story's 11 to 12 more chapters away from completion).
Now, there's a few reasons why I'm doing this.
("IS IT BECAUSE YOUR STORY SUCKS AND YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW IT?")
.... No. At least not entirely.
If you've read a few chapters from Adventures From Sodor and came to the conclusion that it's more boring and pretentious than a movie trying to make political commentary, then there's nothing wrong with leaving a dislike. That's not the reason for disabling them. The main reason I am disabling them is to prevent any readers biased against T&F from tanking the story without knowing it's context.
For example; when Chapter 23: Dirty Work was published way back when, the story's rating immediately received a dislike only 2 minutes after it was uploaded, which means someone or some people didn't actually read the chapter, or any chapter beforehand, and are deliberately disliking simply because its Thomas & Friends related (Or they just outright hate my content). Again, If you're disliking because you've read through most of AFS and genuinely didn't like it or my crappy writing, that's fine. What I don't appreciate is my story receiving dislikes because a minority of fans have it out for MLP crossing over with another children's show with a bad rap.
When all chapters are released (In the next 75 years at this point, lol, sorry for long waits and delays) the rating system will be enabled again. That way readers can go and properly judge if its good or bad after every chapter is accessible from beginning to end. That's all I gotta say for now. Here's hoping I get the next chapter out before Christmas!
So, the story will be complete in time for the 149th anniversary of the Three Railway Engines?
I’m fine by this. All readers mustn’t judge a book by its cover, or its chapters, until they read it entirely. I guess I should do the same with my story.

It's a pretty elaborate stretch goal, but I hope to hit that exact date. JK. I'm hoping it actually doesn't take as long. Just been too busy to write.
