Okay. That was a wild ride. Um... Thank you all? Didn't expect a one-shot story I wrote on a whim to be so well received.
Since Spot of Tea, Change for Me! released, I've watched it nearly jump into the top ten featured box, completely devour what From the Diary of Close Call achieved from early August until now, and almost catch The Fractured with what it achieved since mid July. It also completely destroyed my sleep pattern because I wrote it so late at night and my brain then struggled to shutdown.
It has been up for ONE day! Seriously! Thank you all for giving it such a chance! It really means a lot to me!
Since posting it, I have the very most vague tiny glimmer of an idea of where it could go from there but it would need a lot of time to make it viable. I would absolutely love to spend more time with these characters, especially in getting to know their personalities which didn't get a chance to break through the horror of the moment.

I hope wherever this unexpected story goes from here lives up to your expectations.

And it just ate the view count for The Fractured. Honestly don't know if I should be happy or sad about that. Also, at the moment I am thinking it could live on as a set of one-shots maybe with an over-arching plot.
