I've decided I want to do it more, so I have something to write when I get tired of writing, but I have no idea what to blog about

Doing something like asking my followers about the content they want to see really isn't my style––I'd rather produce a product, present it and see how that goes and work from there

But I realize that while that might be fine with written stories, that's not really what blogging or staying in touch with your community is necessarily about

So, uh, is there anything you'd like to see from me? Episode analysis, worldbuilding thoughts, craft stuff, more drunk pony dad ratings...anything at all, really!

Write stories of life or those invented in your head. Ponder matters and questions important to you through prose. Give advice. Craft an informal essay. Blocked from writing? Randomly type in a new document about it—use that creation for a basis for a blog.

Blogging is about becoming comfortable talking to yourself, or rather, expressing feelings or information.

Much love and good luck. People read your blogs for you. Share and express as much of it as you can. The less of an enigma you feel, the more others are drawn to you.

Enjoy yourself.

Eh, I think it probably boils down to: What do you want to blog about? Personally I don't identify much distinction between stories and blogs in terms of delivery. Produce the content that you want to produce, and if people enjoy it then they'll enjoy it. I can only speak from personal experience, but I've never got huge value from blogs that impart advice and whatnot (not that I don't appreciate the effort those writers put into such blogs), but waffling about my rationale for that kind of defeats me telling you to just produce what you want to produce. It's always nice to find out more about the person behind the stories I enjoy, I guess. So yeah, that was a really helpful comment I just made. :twilightblush:

Do you have a plushie of Chrysalis?

Also nice flip .gif but back to the question

All of the above? I enjoy your episode analyses, and given the forthcoming end (*sob*) it might be a cool idea to go back over time to cover old episodes.
World building ideas would be pretty cool, too, tbh.
And I live for the drunken ratings. 🍻

Just post whatever’s on your mind:twilightsmile:

Shit, I need to start doing that more. Start posting whatever, man. I'm here for it
