The Mandalorian Trailer, Chapter 7 Update/Hints, and Questions. · 6:23am Aug 24th, 2019
For those of you that haven't seen it
As someone who has been more of a fan of Legends Lore and the Old Expanded Universe, as most of my Sunset Across the Galaxy readers can note from the story itself as well as my comments in the comments section, I am actually incredibly excited for this series. Disney Canon at least visually has kind of been a let down for me, the only recent Disney show or movie that I enjoyed watching was Rogue One, I didn't go see Solo, the Force Awakens was fine but didn't add anything to the Lore of Star Wars that was ground breaking and I disliked the Last Jedi.
But The Mandalorian has me genuinely excited and I'm going to be catching it when it comes out in November.
Story update time though: Chapter 7 is going to be a big chapter story wise for A Sunset Across the Galaxy, so I hope you all enjoy it when it comes out later this week. It won't face the delays Chapter 6 did, primarily because I have a day off on Wednesday so i'm going to be spending the day writing it out. I can't wait to see how you all react to it!
On another note, I don't want people thinking Sunset is going to go swashbuckling around the Empire and start dicking around with Palpatines plans, I mean...she can but thinking of this story in a RPG esc way, Sunset's Primary Objective is going to be "Get Home" if she had a quest book that would be the only Main Quest she has.
That doesn't mean side quests aren't going to be a thing though, Dicking with the empire can be part of that we shall see!
So what I want to know is this, what do you all as the readers want to see in this story? Not main story beats, as my editors have said in the comments section that has pretty much all been mapped out, but minor things. What planets would you all be interested in Sunset going to? What factions or peoples from the main series do you want her to meet? ETC. So far most of the comments I've been getting have been long debates on the Jedi code and people telling me that Sunset needs to be Balanced and a grey Jedi Sith Lord thing, I want more than that!
So go nuts and comment either in here or in the story itself, things you want to see in the story, be it places, people or "side quests" as it were.

The Darth Vader Comics at least from my understanding take place the moment he wakes up and hasn't progressed very far timeline wise (i could be wrong) so i'm generally assuming that the Vader Comics at least the ones set during the early days of the Empire take place in 19 BBY - 18 BBY.
A Sunset Across the Galaxy currently takes place in the year 16 BBY, for those that don't mind Spoilers the next chapter will contain a time skip to 13 BBY

Its like our Calender so for example 200 BC is Before Christ while 200 AD is after.
BBY stands for Before the Battle of Yavin and is the measuring standard used by the Rebellion and Later every galactic ruling government after the fall of the Empire.
19 BBY was when the Empire was founded.
0 ABY or After The Battle of Yavin is when the Death Star Was blown up
