My grandfather died · 12:31pm Jul 27th, 2019
The title tells everything about this post. My grandfather, who loved and helped me so much, is now nothing more than ash that lies in a small box in a little church. He was 73 years old and the last time I saw him was about a week before he got into hospital and two days later he died during the night. He died on the last school day before summer holiday. I honestly thought he could be there on my graduation, but no. He only experienced one school term out of four, so he'll never see me graduate. He is dead and I miss him so much. He helped me to learn Maths and he told me so many things. I"m nothing without him.
Rest In Peace Grandfather
Sorry to hear about that. May your grandfather rest in peace.
Aww. Very sorry. *snugs*
You are nothing without him ?
Nah.
If he helped build you up, then you are something he would be proud of.
And treasure that good connection you had with your grandfather. Not everyone has that. I just had a basic "hello grandpa" relationship before my grandparents died.
Keep making him proud
