Making "Revolution" a Reality · 6:19am Nov 16th, 2012
I've already watched 7 episodes of the new hit show, "Revolution" on NBC-17 (North Carolina).
It got me wondering...can it be possible to create some kind of energy capable enough to turn off the power?
Then, I decided, "Hey, why don't I do that?"
And so, sometime in the future (possibly a few months), I'm going to create a tiny pendant (Like in Revolution), but instead of it turning on electricity, it turns it OFF.
You may think I'm fucking crazy. But, wouldn't that be kind of cool? I mean, not have its field large enough to turn off all electricity around the world. No, like a 50 meter radius kind of way.
Imagine, I'm in my classroom. People texting under their desks. I have the pendant in my pocket. I put my hand in my pocket, grab the pendant, press the switch, and turn it on.
Suddenly, the screens of everybody's phone begins to fizzle. Then, the lights on the ceiling begin to fizzle, too. Suddenly, the phones and lights turn off. And everything else within a 50 meter radius turns off, as well. They stay off, until I press the switch again, which turns the pendant off, and turns the power back on.
Really, it would be fun to buck with people. You may still think I'm crazy as hell, but wouldn't people love to do that for revenge, at least?
And imagine, it would be good for in a war. Enemies use planes to attack us. We use the pendants; the planes crash.
If you think I'm batshit crazy, alright then.
If you think I'm insanely genius, then help me make a pendant. :D

492587 Well, I don't think I'll need a flamethrower. What we will need to do first, is to, instead of one pendant, make 20 pendants, exactly the same, looking just like the ones from "Revolution".
We need to make it project some sort of energy field 50 meters wide, 50 meters long, and 50 meters high, so that, when turned on, can be powerful enough to shut off literally anything electric, from batteries, to cars, to planes, to ships; but unlike an EMP, when we turn the pendant off, the power turns back on.
So, basically, we need to create a "temporary" EMP field, that creates an EMP-like field that shuts off electricity, but when the shield disappears, the power resumes.
Once they are finished, we send them to 20 bronies (including me) around the U.S, and other countries. When they are sent, we hide them from our friends and family, and use them when we are at our angered peak, and see the rage that occurs.

493597 No, I can't have an EMP. An EMP would damage the electronics and literally ruin them. I don't want to be responsible for that. I plan to create an energy "field" about 50 meters now, that turns electricity off, and "blocks" it until the field disappears.
Basically, what they do in the show.
