Working on a Comeback! · 7:18pm Jun 28th, 2019
At least it's only been about a month since I was last on here. There have been times I was wondering if I'd ever have a chance to pop back onto FimFiction. Thankfully, my job situation has improved greatly for the time being. While my former employer is still on a limited lifespan. I have since returned there. I'm well established and have many friends and contacts there, plus for the time being I'll also make a better living. This also gives me a year and half to make some serious plans and search more thoroughly for a job that won't just be a trap like my last one was. There are still a lot of good things at my older employer and plenty of perks that made it worth my return. One thing is I will finally have a structured schedule again.
It's funny. Nothing like the benefit of hindsight to see how the grass really isn't greener on the other side of the fence, but rather (like I heard someone witty say) the water bill is higher. For now, I'm just going to take things day by day. Keep my eyes to the futures and plan carefully. In addition, I'm going to see about working on some of my pony stories again. It's been too long. And the looks my plushies keep giving me cycles back to one thing...when are you going to work on our stories again? And it's probably a question many of you have been wondering too. Well, I'm going to start out small for now, but I'm going to attempt a comeback. Wish me luck. I'm going to need it. And have no fear, I've no plans on rushing things. When things are ready to post, they will post and not before.
I'm still so thankful to all of you that have continued to stick by me through the many ups and downs these last few years. I guess it's like they say, "Life comes at you fast." But, it doesn't mean a few setbacks are going to defeat me. Just make my priorities change a little.
I'll keep you all updated as to my progress. I've seen a few of the stories that many of you are seeking updates on. Stories like: "For Whom She Sparkles", "The Sparkle In His Soul" and "Then There Was You" seem to be getting the most comments asking for updates. So I'll start there. Thanks for the update. I'm glad you're doing better. I'm kinda hoping for an update to "Since You Came Along" as well but whatever you bring when you can is fine by me. I'm just happy you're back with us.
Hopefully you won't get defrauded again, that fucking sucks. And hindsight is a real pain in the everything often times.
This is a good day! An author coming back always makes me smile. Heres to new adventures!

"Since You Came Alone", oh, I remember that story very fondly. I still have my written outline right here with me. It's good through at least chapter 7. Ultimately it will depend of where I do my chapter breaks if things run long. In fact with chapter 4, the one still drafting, I may split it into two once I determine the total length following the rough draft's completion. Not sure when that will be. Glad you're still looking forward to it continuing.
