Improvement VS Approvement

Someone is going to miserable lengths to flame my fanfiction account with anonymous and very horrid messages...

Well I know the sneak is watching, (He posts every time I blog) but this is also for other people who actually have a chance to learn and understanding something about how I write things and how I prefer to see things in life. (Screw logic)

People are always whining and bitching with me "You should improve and Better yourself" like it's some kind of law.

Well, in their own words... "Just because you CAN" [Improve] "That doesn't mean you SHOULD"

It also doesn't HAVE to be improved. Like another old saying goes "If it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT"

And then again, there's the matter of APPROVING it.

People give me a whole bunch of suggestions I don't like, don't want, and don't think are worthwhile. Like giving characters development and traits I DO NOT WANT THEM to have, and that they DO NOT NEED.

For example, The Wedding story I made for Twilight "My Best Friend's Wedding gift"

People claimed I improved on it... but like anyone else who gave me even the slightest bit of praise of that dirt fic, I let them have a piece of my mind and chucked them out.

I don't APPROVE of the characteristics, I don't APPROVE of the plot, and I certainly don't tolerate or APPROVE or the morale in it.

-It's not what I wanted
-It's not what I like

Therefore... IT'S NOT AN IMPROVEMENT, if anything it's just a disgrace to me, the characters are only worse than they were in the beginning, and the only thing a story like that is useful for is firewood.

I hated that fic and what it became, just like I hated the characters who were overdeveloped and acted in ways I refuse to tolerate, and I wished NO PRAISE for it (I even downvoted it myself) and as I said-- anyone who dared give me a nice comment, I deleted the comment, and told the user "GET LOST" and then blocked their account for liking such trash!

then again, that's how my haters do it, they say my fics deserve no praise the way I make em, and those who like hem and give them good comments should be treated as trash too.

So you see... New Material, improvement and development isn't going to get us off the spot. You may approve of it, but I don't... therefore it is a disgrace.

Even in real life...

If I actually got a job, had my own place, contributed to society, blah, blah, blah and then you come up to me and say "You've really improved"

I'll ask you to look at our reflections in clear glass, and tell you "What's so improved about me? Sure, I have a job, my own place, and I contributed.

You may like what I've become, but I don't like it at all.

It doesn't please me, thrill me, or mean anything to me, and I see nothing to be proud out for having lost my pride and dignity and become the very thing I was scoffing.

...I'm worse than I was before, now I'm just a pile of crap!

There are many things I am not willing to adjust to, and want little no part of at all.

That's just how I like it...

To me, it's only an IMPROVEMENT if I APPROVE of it.

you don't like, not my problem.

Hit it SIMPLE PLAN...

If some stallion sang that to Twilight and the gang on MLP, in an effort to tell them to back off... I'd consider THAT improvement.

Bottom-line, just because things CAN be improved, doesn't mean they SHOULD or HAVE TO BE (especially if I don't like or want it)
