Chapter Update and Future Plans · 11:55pm May 20th, 2019
I don't actually have any update on when the chapter is getting released. I'm aiming for a Memorial day release, but that's just a best guess at this point.
As for stories in the Pandemic universe from me after this story Anthology should be ready for a release almost immediately upon the completion of Monsters We Make. I am not going to be the author to pen the untitled Devourers story--I'm not sure if ASGeek is going to do that or if someone else will end up writing that one.
Monsters We Make is going to be the closing of many character arcs and the last of the large stories set in Riverview. It doesn't mean the characters are all done yet. Many of them will appear in future stories yet, some in prominent roles. I am already writing out the notes for Foals of Lust which will be a new single character perspective story with a new character. It will not take place in Riverview, but it will feature a few returning characters filling new roles that are radically different than the roles we see in Monsters We Make. The story is tentatively set 10 YAETS (Years after ETS). Given the title, it should be pretty easy to guess this will follow Yinyu's foals, and I'm giving the lead role to her oldest daughter. Themes will be family, healing from deep emotional hurts, and starting a new life in a new environment.
There's lots of exciting stuff coming up in the future! Take your time on the chapter, it's better to delay and release something super solid rather than try and rush it all out.
