Played the first game in the series like... a billion years ago when it was new? Yeah, seems legit a time-frame.
Never really clicked for me, personally, at least back then. Think it was the interface, unit pathing, or some petty annoyance like that i just didn't feel like dealing with at the time.
LOVE the Overlord series by the same dudes, Triumph Studios, though, so there was always this nagging sense I should go give the series a new, fairer shake with patches and stuff. Guess I got my chance, huh?
Still, pretty famous series this time around, so pretty sure at least a few of you guys should be excited for nabbing a copy of this one.
