All great things must come to an end my friend, though I must admit i'am rather saddened by the news, it leaves me with questions I don't want the answers to.
Like what will happen to everything the community has built? The site? Everything? Again, questions I don't want the bad answers to. We can only hope that they reboot the series at some point and make a whole new generation of MLP:FiM. We can only hold our breath and see though.

Actually G5 is coming out next year along with another movie, supposedly it's CGI...but still it's rather sad and I'm just wondering about the fandom as a whole. How big will it still be? Will most of the Bronies leave after G4 ends this year?...Who knows...and I don't want to know...

At least there will be more right? And I'm not sure about anyone else, but I will still be here, publishing and writing. I can only hope though that with Gen 5 they expand the universe, and with it the fandom will hopefully grow, a part of me will always miss the early fanfiction days and the early fandom days of Gen 4.

Me too..and I will always be here as well.Like I've said, I'll be here writing Universal magic till the day that I die...or something...so I'll be here for sure as well... I just wish it was like the early days again. I was even looking through the old MLP bumpers from the Hub earlier today...makes me sad...

Heh, the dedication of an author never ends eh? And I agree, the early days were great, music, animations, great stories like Fallout Equestria were coming out. Sometimes, I wish this fandom would never die, and it may never die for all we know, been what? Eight? Nine years since Gen 4 made it big? The big numbers on the site give me lots of hope for that dream though. On a side note, was FE ever sequeled by another book by the official author?

I have no clue...but it's possible though. I remember My Little Dashie getting several sequels by several authors, one sort of a spin off sequel that tied into the My Little Dashie story line...I know it sounds weird, but that's what I recall. So it's possible that FE had a sequel from another author...but I'm not one hundred percent sure since it has been years... And yeah, it has been almost nine years, so there is hope. But still, it gets me worried sometimes...
Also, you damn right the dedication never ends. I've almost wrote 1,000,000 words for Universal Magic stuff as a whole...1,000,000 never thought I would see that...well almost anyways...and there is some stuff I would have to subtract but...still...it's close...
