So I came up with an idea for a story to be worked on after i finish the last chapter of my first one. The opening is finished though so please let me know what you think.
In all the realms resides one rule. This is the Rule of Equilibrium. This law states malice can never be destroyed only moved or recycled. Much like matter, light and dark cannot be destroyed. So with all the joy in Equestria where is all the malice and darkness? Well it gets dumped into my shit hole of a dimension. Here, kindness is extremely rare but evil in all forms roams free. Well I'm tired of this hit so I'm going with my few friends to leave this mess for the legendary nirvana of Equestria. Though...Will it work? Or is their another solution to the suffering...

This is a pretty interesting idea Sanguine. I'd read it if you turned it into a story. I haven't heard of this concept before, and the notion of it is pretty interesting.

Mine was a mercenary and is a brawler that uses hooves and a special weapon he calls the mana Blaster. By focusing his inner pony magic into crystals he can put them into the weapon and fire blasts. Think of him as a gun fu martial artist.

Precisely. In this story, this group did bad and blames the world they come from. They believe that simply leaving will give them the peace they want. However it will urn out to be a more complicated answer than that later down the line. Also for diversity sake the name doesnt have to be equestrian style but it has to relate to the pony or their ability. For example, My OC could be called Steinar which means stone warrior or something that relates to stone or his strength.

I'll need a bit of time to think about this one, but my character will be a Human-hybrid like always, and they'll be inspired by the Fallout Universe.
