Substitute - Book version available for your procurement

Hi all!

I just wanted to let you know that the book version for Substitute is now available.

The price without shipping is 8.47 US Dollars without shipping. As a reminder, while Feedback is currently out, I am still working on getting Reflections into book form. As such, my recommendation still stands for people planning to get all three; consider waiting to get the three books in a single shipment. If you are content with waiting a long time, wait until Divergence comes out in book form and then get them all four in one fell swoop (but that will be on the order of several months, so don't feel like you need to wait that long to add stuff to your bookshelf at home).
