For anyone who may read this, my 10th chapter is done and submitted. I struggled with this one. What I published is my third re-write. The first was far more brutal than it needed to be. The second was clouded with far too much exposition. It seemed to give away too much and the flow fell apart with it.
Regardless, some things will start picking up pace with their developments in the story and get focused on smaller groups at a time. However, I also will be doing some transitions. I don't know when or how I will be able to get online, or what my schedule for free time to write will be. Not that this is something I can't pick away at here and there, but my longer writing sessions where I get the bulk of my work typed out will be hindered.
I'm also trying to see if there is more that I can do, art-wise, with these stories. Some work might be commissioned, others I might try to take a swing at. We'll see how that goes. (Not expecting much.)
