Albums I'm Listening To This Month [October 2018]
Heya! Probably best to make this a short one because I'm currently on a small whirl with Perhaps Death at the moment, so I'll just get right into it.
Perhaps Death
Alright, glad that last chapter was finally out of the way.
I was being particularly finicky with that chapter, having spent most of my time just rewriting the dialogue over and over and over again until it clicks. Hate it when I do that, but I'm rather happy with how it turned out in the end.
Next several chapters will feature another adventure, this time focusing mainly on the Doctor and Caramel. Though I'm writing it mostly to hit home the bond between the two, it'll also help expand upon Caramel's character a bit so that the later moments involving him would be a lot more poignant, especially since he's going to be crucial to the story later on. I'm still working out the specifics of the adventure itself, so this might take a while, but once I'm done, it'll be full steam ahead.
Panthalassa
Another chapter that's coming out smoother than I expected.
We're definitely going to see just what's in the lagoon, though I'll admit, most of the upcoming chapter will focus on solidifying the cast a little, especially that of Red and JJ. In retrospect, I think I took the story a bit too fast when it comes to the previous chapter, as I initially planned to expand upon the two weeks of boredom that they were having solely to properly mold the characters. Nevertheless, there's still some time and space left to give them room to breathe before I can start my deep dive into full-on horror territory.
Can't wait to sink my fangs into that.
There's some other stories, but they're mostly working in the background for now. Depending on my workrate, I might get one or two of those done and put them out on the site soon-ish. See how it goes.
