1. If you could save all the times your eyes blink in one lifetime and use them all at once, you would see blackness for 1.2 years!
2. Volkswagen owns Bugatti, Bentley, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ducati.
3. There are some monster stars out there that really make our Sun look small. A familiar red supergiant is the star Betelgeuse in the constellation Orion. It has about 20 times the mass of the Sun, but it’s 1,000 times larger. But that’s nothing. The largest known star is the monster VY Canis Majoris. 4. The first website created was info.cern.ch, and it is still online and working fine. It is a very basic HTML site, and the page contains few lines of text. The page was written with the help of the first version of HTML.
5. The farthest spacecraft from Earth, Voyager 1, took a photo of planet Earth in 1990, from a record distance of about 6 billion kilometers (3.7 billion miles, 40 AU) from Earth. The photo is known as the Pale Blue Dot. In the photograph below, Earth is shown as a fraction of a pixel (0.12 pixel in size) against the vastness of space:
