Blueprint for the Kirin story · 4:45pm Sep 6th, 2018
Well, that's done now. First chapter for the Kirin story in over four months. Didn't think it was going to happen myself, but here we are. That said, wanted to give a rough idea for the plans I have for it.
There might be complications from IRL stuff, but the current plan is to get one or two chapters out each week. If I stick to that plan, the story should be over sometime in October, early to mid November at the latest. The story is about to reach the midway point, and hopefully it picks up. Not sure how much you guys are enjoying it, but to be honest, I'm struggling with the Spike and Twilight scenes. Maybe it's because I've written them so much over the years, but I'm having more fun writing the Celestia/Starswirl and Ember scenes right now. That will hopefully change, and fingers crossed that it's not impacting the quality of the story.
So yeah, expect the next chapter sometime next week. As for after that, I'm keeping those plans close to the chest, but there are plans for the future.
