Alternative title: Fuck Apple and fuck Yahoo.
I have an old Ipad. The apple account on it is one I made when I was like... 8. Using an email I made when I was like... 6.
Alright, so someone activated icloud and find my iphone.
I literally can not do anything with the ipad without the password... which I don't remember. I can play with the apps already on there, but that's it.
Go to Yahoo to try and access my email account to change my apple password. Haven't accessed it in years, but I remember the password... and Yahoo demands I access the back up email in order to access my account.
ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?
Okay, fuck this. Force a factory reset of the Ipad. Fucking nuke it from orbit. Fuck it, I don't give a shit about the data on it.
Factory reset... and it has an activation lock requiring my apple id and password.
I am literally stuck on a screen. My fucking ipad's a brick... no! It's not even a good brick! I can't break windows with it! And who the fuck pays a few hundreds dollars for a fucking brick?
Fuck Apple, fuck Yahoo.
And now I feel bad because if I had known it was going to brick the fucking Ipad, I wouldn't have reset the damn thing and would have just let my little nephew play with it or watch shows on it.
Now I feel like an asshole for fucking up a toy he could have had.
Sounds like you should create a new account and start all over

Can't. Ipad is literally bricked. The activation lock screen is literally just a white screen that wants your password.
Apple won't reset Apple accounts.

Well if anything either never use Apple again, or try and get it back from scratch
Apple doesnt give a fuck about your devices. Techs will try and fail, at best, to unlock your tablet, or just flatout suugest that you buy replacement. My best suggestion woul be to get mid-to-high end Android tablet, root it (voids Waranty), and install CyanogenMod or Replicant (very voids the Warranty) as OS without google extras.
Bonus points if you do that to Samsung because Samsung's TouchWhiz user interface is a fukken resource hog.
