well don't forget to keep this in mind there are times in real life where you ultimately fail this is what happened to the heroes in the movie so there is a very high chance they can fail here as well i got nothing against them but every time the mane 6 have always won if they fail to stop thanos in this it'll give them a new feeling a feeling of failure

that's exactly what i think master yoda i mean luke failed as well and while it did lead him to a depression he learned from his failure when he confronted kylo ren and if they fail since it would be their first time experiencing it especially on a scale this massive at first glance it seems one of 2 options would happen option A the survivng mane 6 assuming some of them die some of them would feel hopeless or option B they would be fueled by righteous fury because this does happen sometimes not everything goes your way but in failure you can learn from it sometimes even better than success
