Writing Report

So I'm spending most of my time these days getting my original talking animal fantasy novel Hidemarket ready for beta. It's a pretty good book, at least relative to what I'm capable of producing. I have no idea what I'm going to do with it when I'm done; 'intelligent adult talking animal fantasy' seems like a hard sell. but that's a problem for after the beta readers are done with it.

My erotic fantasy adventure Crystal Balls seems to have won the Darwinian internal competition for primary project. Its fun to work on, not least of all because if I get stuck on a sex scene (as happens; IKEA erotica is super difficult to write) I can just skip ahead to a plot bit and then come back to it later. Fucker's gonna be long, though, and I've learned again and again not to publish a project 'til its 100% done. So you won't see it for a while.

I should probably post something shorter soon? Mother's Day is coming; perfectionist though I am it probably wouldn't be a big deal to bust out some MILF or incest porn or (a challenge) some mom-related fluff in a few days. We'll see.

Anyway. Writing is fun. Not sure what my goals are as a writer, but having fun seems good.
