PEGASI! !! ASSEMBLE! · 1:16pm Oct 27th, 2012

Hey assholes. I am not amused. See?

Who the hell decided to throw a hurricane in the direct line of my house? This Hurricane Sandy stuff is ridiculous. Seriously, DIRECT LINE OF MY HOUSE PEOPLE. I want you to get all of your feathery plots out there and push it! Push as though your pinions depended on it! Push it out to see, or hell, send it to the Big Apple! Just not my town! Thats what you guys are for right? Controlling the weather! Does this look like control to you?

Cloudsdale had better fix this pronto, otherwise they are hearing from my lawyer,

[/end rant]

On a more serious note, I'm a bit worried. My house is literally in line for the storm, at a coastal community. Not a good combo. My town has called for a mandatory evacuation, so I won't be able to do much.

THIS IS NOT TO SAY I HAVENT BEEN WRITING! Nitrox and John Perry will vouch for me! Seriously, ask them! Ive been annoying like hell to review stuff! I have been writing! There are stories/chapter/ect. Are they done? 98%. I was suppose to spend last night with them and finish them, and have the suckers posted late last night and early this morning. Instead, I spent it getting sandbags at midnight. Today will continue breaking down the house, battening down the hatches, ect.

Hell, best case: I somehow get time to bang them out and post them today. SOL will still take a few days to knock out, but the other stuff, or at least some of it could be done tonight. Worst case: I lose contact on all online things when the power goes, which means no stories. Also means I cant study for my exam on Thursday, and my teacher is enough of a ******* to hold the damn thin regardless of all of this.

FML folks... sorry for the wait... again...

Again, feel free to harass Nitrox and JohnPerry about whether or not I am writing.

Dude, as long as your safe it's fine. We all don't mind waiting

Keep safe, best of luck!

Don't worry too much, it's only a little hurricane.

...What? I live in Florida, we get used to that sort of thing. Why do you think we're all insane? :pinkiehappy:

Seriously, though, good luck, and make sure to sandbag your house. How good is your elevation? If you're above the predicted storm surge height you shouldn't have to worry about flooding too much, though evacuating is always a good idea if you're within 5-10 miles of the coast. Any more than that, though, and I wouldn't bother unless you're in a low-lying area or next to a river/creek.

I'm no Peasus but I can stop it, by slapping it with my huge D**K

This hurricane is no joke, forget the fics and head out of the area once you secured your home and taken what is most important with you that you can carry. If that small tornado was able to tear up so much of MA with one passing, imagine what a brush with a hurricane will be like? So many lives were lost because those people stayed in their homes and got crushed by a tree or wisked away by the winds, last guy got hit by a stray electric cable that flew into him supposedly killing him instantly.

Your Safety > Internet

Wow, that teacher is a jerk if he is still making you test through a hurricane.

I know that feel, man. I just looked up the dozen plus predictions for what Sandy will do, and more than half of them come uncomfortably close to me. :rainbowderp:
You go ahead and batten down your hatches, we can wait for our stories until after Sandy bucks off. I've actually found myself in the both awesome and horrible position of having too many fics to read right now... :twilightblush: so yeah. You just stay safe.

Slice of life in a few days?:yay::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy: oh, and best of luck to you with the hurricane. Those things are brutal I am also on a coastal town on the east coast so i feel for you. Good luck

Stay safe bro. Survival first, ponies second.

Stay safe. If you die, who's gonna write the world's funniest fics?

Make sure to secure your house well before you leave.

Yea! A possible Slice of Life update!
Boo! Hurricane causing it to be delayed.

Come on out to Kansas, we only have to dodge tornadoes. In Kansas, you never hear "Gosh we were lucky, that Hurricane/Earthquake passed only a block from our house."

Looks like it's going to head farther up north then previously predicted. On behalf of all the weather patrol, You're welcome.

seriously though, we're still screwed. I'm assuming you're like directly east of me. based on what the pat was when this journal was posted. Lets hope for the best.
