    Anyone have any constructive advice?

    I've been working on and off on writing a story and every time I look it over, I feel like it's missing something. it feels like it's doing well as a start/rough draft but it's missing that je ne sais quoi that brings stories and characters to life.

    An idea I got from a recent episode

    I was watching the new episode Sound of Silence on YouTube and saw the new Kirin and Nirek species and was ecstatic to see them. Folks who I have talked with on here about my story ideas know my OC is a fire wielder and this species has Pyrokinesis as a standard ability and have some other unicorn abilities as well along with nature magic.

Status Update. · 1:39am May 7th, 2018

Greetings, everyone.

I am blogging to let y'all know I'm, once again, working on rewriting my story. I'm working on things that happen in Blaze's home universe/dimension that set up for him to enter Equestria. I'm working on it and trying to make it be a big as possible so I can work on refining it. If anyone would like to help in providing suggestions for what to do or tips on writing, I'd be very happy to hear from you all on it.
