The smart writer would probably wait for their latest release to (potentially) pick up a little steam before writing another blog post and knocking the one advertising his latest release off of his userpage. I've never purported to be a smart writer. Info on how you can direct my writing below.
Look at me, swimming through the horseword maze, 200k of content already to this account's name and I'm... lost.
Honestly, so lost. Would you like to see something? Let me show you something.
What are these, you may be wondering? In progress stories, ones that are either certainly being written or almost certainly being written, with maybe one or two exceptions. Some of them already have had work done on them, they just show up as 0 words and chapters because I've yet to hit the 'publish' button on said chapters.
Sixteen unpublished projects right there, some of them destined to be multi-chapter.
Oh, and that was without mentioning the active commissions, future commissions, and (hold on, lemme count) seven incomplete stories on my account. That also doesn't factor in the maybe-longform collaboration I'm meant to be working on with Iorii in future, and I'm sure a fair few other things I'm forgetting.
And no, I don't commit every story idea I have to the list above. In fact, there are at least a good five that are waiting to be inducted before I forget about them altogether.
If I had to add all of this up... hooboy.
Writing nearly everything on that list to completion? That's easily 250k of work, which is more than I've produced in the last four months.
Then there's the incompletes. Writing all of those to completion? I'm going to ballpark here and say that'd fall in the 75k range (I'm excluding the two active commissions on that incomplete list here, as I can't say how long they'll be on completion.)
That's over 300k of work now, and here's the kicker: Most of my writing is spontaneous, meaning that half the time, instead of sourcing from the list above, I'll write something completely new, that or I'll be working on an active commission. Now, I'm not asking anyone here how I should handle my commissions, as those are my priority from a writing perspective (as they should be, people are paying their hard earned money for them).
However.
Look at all these things I could be writing. Look at all these incomplete projects! Look at all of these ideas I have, though they might be too vague from the above screenshots to really see and appreciate. Would you like to know more about them? Would you like to have some input one what I write next?
This is why I say I'm lost. I've written a varied load of porn, but I sometimes get confused as to what it is people followed me for. A porn story, sure, but which one? What do people want to see from me? Was it the romantic aspect of this that you enjoyed, the concept of that? You want to see a sequel to 'x'? You wish I'd just update 'y' already and stop stalling?
Tell me. Let me know what you'd like to see from me, what got you visiting my page in the first place, and give me a little direction, some indication as to what would make you happy. I enjoy writing, but I also enjoy seeing you guys satisfied. I won't be able to satisfy everyone, but knowing what brought you here (or kept you coming back) and what you'd like to see from me would be a massive help in moving forwards.
As you can see, I have a lot of work I could be doing, and some which I'm going to do soon regardless of input, but knowing where you'd like me to go is also going to be a really big help from here on.
If I've stopped updating something you enjoyed me writing temporarily, feel free to bitch at me. I'll gauge interest, and try to give you an honest answer as to whether or not you can expect an update on that soon.

Honestly I follow you because you are a damn good writer. I dont really care if its a kink I am into or not into or that its "smut" you write stuff I enjoy reading. Plus it lest me explore new interest amd things I have never considered. Plus you have a fantastic way of presenting your stories in a format that is easy to read in one sitting and get all the details without over elaborating but making the characters feel fleshed out and in character. I followed you bevause I liked what I read amd I will keep following you because ou write amazing stories. Hope this helps or makes you feel good!
I followed for the TwiDash porn. So far, outside of that, I've mostly just ignored everything else you've written. Still waiting for anything that looks as interesting as that.
In a generic sense, I'd suggest finishing incomplete stories you've already published before starting new projects. If they were important enough to publish, then you ought to give them priority to finish. Regardless of how enticing "new" stuff is.
The story that had me follow you was purrmiscuous-and-purrvo-cat-ivey. You basically had me on the first chapter. The whole new universe you created intrigued me and would love to see more. But that got put on the back burner and I'm not that disappointed mainly because of your other work I've been reading. Still I can't wait to see an update to that story soon.

Thanks for letting me know! TwiDash was the starting point to this account, and I've definitely been slacking in regards to lesbian horseporn lately, it's something I need to produce more of! (Though saying that, chapter two of The Very Horny Pegasus is a TwiDash sex scene, so feel free to go and get your fix there!)
You're right about finishing what you start, it's a habit I need to get into more often, rather than letting stories sit for longer than they really should be. It can be a little difficult for me to prioritise at times, but I'm hoping I can employ a measure of discipline over the coming weeks and try to balance things. No promises, but I'll give it a go!

Thank you very much! I have a lot of plans in store for the Purrverse, and finishing that story is definitely one of them! I'm hoping to expand the universe in future with more stories and an increasingly widespread lore, I'm hoping to have time to focus on it again soon. Love your stories, keep making amazing stories. I would suggest completing some of the incomplete stories first before moving on to new ones.
But if you were to be doing a new one, can you maybe do a story involving the sphynx.

I followed you for the stuff you put out at the beginning. I’m not sure what makes those different from some of your more recent work, but there is - at least to me. That being said, you’re still really good, I just like some more than others.
As for stuff I want to see...

Hmm, I wrote a lot more lesbian stuff at the beginning? That's the major distinction I can think of. A lot of the more recent stuff has been straight or human focussed, and maybe that's not been your bag so much? I can't pretend to know your preferred smut though, and I'm just grateful that you've stuck around!
I'm not usually one for the darker stories (when I'm not making some kind of pretentious artsy point or being paid, that is), but if I could find a way to implement mind control or hypnosis in a happy, more consensual way, I'll go for it!

Well, I came along for the Vantage Point (of which I really enjoyed) series, and while I haven't read them yet (except for Invisif*ck, which was also fairly entertaining), I've stayed for about 80% of your other stories, as well as thanks to your rather impressive writing skill. Personally, I'd like to see cute and/or romance in your stories, and I think I'd also be interested in She's so Draining.

Personally, I'm still waiting on the final chapter of Controlling Your Desires. I came in with your TwiDash and it's certainly what I enjoy the best (alongside some TwiSpike), but most of your stories have been well put together and if the characters & fetishes line up I usually tend to take a gander. Vanishing Act feels like the fetishes were pulled straight from my dreams, if only it didn't feature my two least favorite ponies (woe is me
) because shower sex & futa dominance are two of my biggest kinks. 
As for what things I'd like to see from you, I feel like you could do some great romance if you ever really tried your hand at it, but doing something like that right would probably take more dedication & time than your creative process really wants to allow you. I totally understand that new project bug
. Controlling Your Desires does seem to show that you have some talent for the style when you decide to exercise it though.
Other than that, the only things I tend to just veer away from are dub/non-con, sad/dark, vore, WS/Scat, anthro (without a compelling reason for them being anthro instead of ponies), and Anon (just give him a name for Celestia's sake). Anything other than that from you I'm likely to at least take a look at.
First off, your work is fan-freaking-amazing! It is so good, that it throws you for a curve-ball that doesn't allow you to describe it normally! (Amazing instead of tastic as example...duh)
But I must say that I stumbled upon your work from the shorter Rainbow Spys on Twilight stories and learned they were sequential. I began to be drawn toward your longer stories as they had more time to develop something more like romance or give a background kind of romantic motivation behind what it was that was being done in the story and not just a "the stars aligned and everything happened without consequence or real explanation" kind of one off. I am a big fan of anything that may even slightly hint at being romantic and that has good character development and you are definitely among my most favorite writers if not the top of the list.
There also seems to be a smidgen of a shortage of newer long and well written novels or this romantic/sexual genre. And I understand that those works take a LOT of time and that the shorter novels and writings help exercise the creative process and keep the work from getting mundane. I just sometimes get impatient and burst with a desire for more. Then I end up in blog comments and story comments spilling my guts hoping for more excellent writing and making a fool of myself. ;)
Whatever you end up doing know that you will have at least this one supporting you and your work! Keep it up, but do try and avoid burning yourself out and losing your passion for writing in any of your favored genres! I'd hate for that to happen to somebody as skilled as you!

You're not the only one waiting, I'm planning to rectify that soon! TwiDash is not only a great pairing but a joy to write, and I'd like to write more of it soon, maybe even continue the series I started with if possible! One of the stories in my 'to-do' list may be a sequel to They Finally Fuck, I need to give it a little more thought before I work that out!
Sorry to hear that I missed a trick with Vanishing Act! Looking back on it, I've realised that I write significantly less in the way of lesbian action than I did when I first started out, I may need to fix that in future.
Longform romance is something I'd like to dip into in future, but it is a lot of time and planning, and I do get spread across multiple projects simultaneously. I have a novella length drama with romance elements in planning, but it may be a little time before it starts coming out (Dusk Shine's Filly, not foalcon or incest!).
Controlling Your Desires actually has a sequel in mind. You may notice 'Understanding Your Needs' on that story list, I just need to get to it! It's nice to know that you're still enjoying my work, and the things you veer away from are completely understandable! Glad to have kept you around, man!

First off, all of this is immensely flattering, and I'm extremely happy for the support. This was an absolute joy to read through, and I'm not sure I deserve all of it!
That said, you seem to be another person who started out with my TwiDash series. (Temptations to write more TwiDash beginning to rise...) The longer stories that imbue real narrative structure and character development are often some of my favourites to write and read, but understandably, they can take a pretty long time. You're right about the shortage of longer ones, nearly everything's a one-shot these days and I'm not exactly helping that right now! Not to say that I don't enjoy producing one-shots, but I'd like to throw a couple more longer stories out in future that span over a longer sexual relationship!
You don't make a fool of yourself, dude. Your comment on Mon chef-d'eouvre was very much appreciated, but it was written in a state of mind that's been difficult for me to get back to, especially with so much else on. I very much like that story, and will continue it, but it may be a little while before I'm able to put any real work into it. The above blog post is probably at least some indication as to why!
I don't imagine I'll lose my drive anytime soon. Just yesterday, I wrote a story that I was well aware wouldn't be popular, being a solo human masturbation fic with a sad tag and an artsy title, but I wrote it anyway because it's what I felt like writing. I'll never spend all of my time pandering to an audience, I'm just lucky that a good amount of the time, my interests and those of my audience coincide, so everyone's happy!

I've only recently realised how long it's been since the last update, long long time indeed! I'm planning to finish it off quite soon, and then publish the epilogue and sequel in my own time after that. It might be straight after, or it might take a little while.
