I haven't done one of these nearly ever, so I figure I'll go over my list of current projects and what status they're in.

Twin Twilights
Sunset Shimmer, Princess Celestia's personal student, is involved in a terrible magical accident that ends up with a foal coming out of a magical mirror. The foal seems to be a copy of Twilight Sparkle, and Sunset ends up raising her while trying to stay in Celestia's good graces.
Something I've been working on for ages, based on the idea of the human Twilight Sparkle coming to Equestria instead of Sunset going to the EQG world. Mostly it's a slice of life fic, very episodic, taking place over about a decade.
Long fic (~130k words), ~95% complete with first draft, first ten or so chapters have had one editing pass. Need to write the climax and do one or two editing passes on the rest, get some cover art, a better title, and then it'll be finished.

The Witch of Canterlot
After the events of The Witch of the Everfree, Sunset returns to Canterlot and attempts to fit in with the ponies she once wronged. She quickly wishes she was back in the Everfree - cucumber sandwiches and tea is not worth the trouble of dealing with the nobility.
Everyone knows I've been working on this, though it's been very much on the back burner. I recently pulled this out of Google Docs and compiled it from the various places it had been scattered to - I have an unfortunate habit of putting things all over the place and not labeling anything correctly. Not sure I like the previously planned finale, so I might take it in a different direction.
Medium/Long Fic (~50k words) ~60% complete with first draft, all chapters need editing. Might rework the entire end half of this (again) because I'm not sure I like it anymore.

Getter Horses
In a world wracked by war against the Crystal Empire, Doctor Twilight Sparkle, a blank-flanked mare with a chip on her shoulder and a dream so big it might destroy the planet, will do anything it takes to make her wishes come true. She might even make friends along the way if something or somepony doesn't end up killing them all first.
A pure action fic with a lot of dark elements, the plot and style of this is an homage to classic 80s and 90s giant robot shows, especially Getter Robo and Evangelion. This one has a lot of black and grey morality where everyone is wrong to some extent and a lot of good people die for stupid reasons.
Long fic (~120k words), ~80% complete with first draft. Need to write the last chapter and finish one or two character-building chapters. Outlines for all of the remaining chapters are complete. Early chapters have been reworked several times for extra foreshadowing and fixing plot holes.

Thunder Horse
In an alternate, futuristic Equestria, the lives of six ponies change forever after a bizarre computer virus causes a disaster in Canterlot.
Cyberpunk horses, with a Blade Runner feel.
Medium fic (~50k words), Outline and story treatment complete, still working on the feel I want for the body of the story, so I've mostly rewritten the same thousand words a couple times trying to get it somewhere I'm happy with it.

Kayfabe is Magic
Sweet Apple Suplexes! Applejack is finally ready to return to the squared circle after the tragic death of her brother. Her plans might change after she takes a street punk named Sunset Shimmer under her wing and finds out the rookie has almost unlimited power. Can she convince her new friend not to turn heel, or will she have to beat some sense into her first?
Pro-wrestling with magic.
Medium Fic (~60k words), all matches and side plots planned out, detailed story treatments for the first few have been finished.
