Whew! I gotta say, I did not expect this chapter to take as much time as it did. I know I said it'd only take a few days to write it out in my last update (which was almost a week ago), but apparently my workload was higher than I expected. I know this is going to sound really weird or messed up, but I actually do the majority of my fanfiction writing at my job; now before you all freak out, I work as the night shift clerk at a hotel, where I'm literally the only person working most of the time. I usually have hours of free-time during my shifts, and I use my personal laptop for the free wifi, so it's not like I'm some sex-crazed deviant who can't keep his impulses away from his work. It's the most convenient time to write without many interruptions or lack of focus.
With that being said, I ended up having far less time to write this week as opposed to usual, which is why this story took so long to be completed. I know my productivity is still pretty damn fast, but I wanted to apologize to you guys for the slightly longer than expected rate. I pride myself on my writing, and I don't want you guys to feel like I'm not taking my work seriously; especially when this story and the previous one were part of a huge bidding war that went over $120.
Speaking of cash, I can safely say that I'm in a better financial state than I was a month ago. I filed my taxes, and my tax refund is big enough to help out immensely for the time being. I also have a few potential customers for future commissions if need be, which would be an extra bonus if I choose one of them. However, right now I'm pondering what to do next with my writing. There are several stories I've had yet to finish, as well as several new story ideas that you guys might wanna hear about (Big Mac and Braeburn sharing Burnt Oak, Rarity/Mist Mane, maybe some more Sombring, etc.). Plus, I'm still pondering whether or not to make a Patreon page, even though I have no idea what tiers or offers I could do for it.
I think I might need this weekend to think things over, and get everything in check. This has been a crazy-ass month, and so much has happened which I'm still adjusting to. I'll have the conclusion to DaddyLusive 2 up in a few hours at the most, so be patient. Until then, I hope y'all are staying safe out there.
