    What is YOUR Definition...

    People often yak at me

    "Try better yourself"

    "Grow up"

    "Improve"

They say all that, but they don't provide actual definitions or explanations of what they mean by all that. It's like I'm supposed to guess what they want.

The same thing follows with fiction, when people whine and complain.

    "This sucks"

    "Write them In character"

Twilight Sparkle Improving Lives? (Friendship is Failure)

    People sure love to complain...

She always tries her best to get through to those with friendship problems and help them improve their lives, no matter how much they reject and act hostile towards her.

She gets disrespected a lot because she wants to help people, even though she's a princess who's saved Equestria on multiple occasions.

    Sentencing Characters (Dragnet Style)

As you know (Or some of you at least) The Writer is the one in charge. The Writer is the master. The Writer... is... God (Of the world the write anyway)

What will it Change? (Trying means Nothing!)

In relation to my previous blog, https://www.fimfiction.net/blog/1035717/i-have-to-or-you-just-want-me-to which relates to "Are you doing it for ME or YOURSELF?"

People still get up my back saying I need to "Get Help" "Change my groove" or, and the most often said "Fix your writing-- make it better/different"

I HAVE to, or you just WANT me to?

People often go about saying... "You HAVE to move on." "You HAVE to let go." "You HAVE to Improve" "You HAVE to this" "You HAVE to that."

But here's the real deal to consider. Do I really HAVE to, or do you just WANT me to? That's the ideal.

Starfleet Couples (Characteristics) · 12:34am Feb 16th, 2018

Some are starting to drive me up the wall with this "LACK OF MARITAL LIFE" showcases. (IE: we don't see them do many things as a married couple)

Well, the truth is, I'm not interested in showing such things because... this a series that's supposed to be more focused on the sci-fi, the motws, and the battles. Things like married couples having those lovely outings, going on dates, romantic nights out... yayayayaya... There's not that much room for them here, and like I said... I'm not interested in them anyway.

And before you give me the old: "But it helps them to grow as characters, and viewers and relate them better"...

...Too... Freakin'... Bad! (You wanna watch things like that, watch MLP FIM)

Besides, they have done a couple things on occasion.

Season 1: Lightning and Starla went to an amusement park for their first date.

Season 2: Lightning and Starla, Rhymey and Fluttershy, as well as Celestia and Grand Ruler all go out to the ballet.

So you can't say I don't make them do is EVER...!

Another thing that ticks me off is the fact people think I make the marriages male-dominating, or wife abusing... That's not true at all.

Marriage IS an equal partnership (I've always known that) but to me... Marriage is not something have to do 24/7. Married don't spend every single second of every single day together. They still have and prefer a little privacy.

Also, to me... marriage is also based on caring, and being there for one another when you're needed/wanted most.

Rhymey helps Fluttershy daily with the animals, and chores around the house, as well as managing his own cafe. He doesn't abuse Fluttershy, he doesn't talk down to her in an offensive way. He even taught her how to fence and master the art of the sword.

When it comes to Starfleet HE IS her superior (Husband or not) but it's not like he shoves her on the floor, demands she cooks and cleans while he lazes about... Not at all.

Rhymey and Fluttershy just enjoy being together. why it's almost as if a couple is going "I don't like the things you like... but I love YOU." (though Rhymey and fluttershy like to be calm and gentle a lot in their normal daily lives)

Lightning and Starla are the same: Lightning is commander, but they get along just fine. You must however keep in mind, they are high ranking Starfleet officers. You expect them to have an easy life? They keep pretty busy, and they don't mind the work, they know it's important, but they still love each other and only want to treat one another best they can when they're together. (Lightning is even keeping constant watch over Starla while she's pregnant)

In fact, one of their ways is (As was mentioned in Season 5) They don't tend to buy each other gifts for their monthly wedding anniversaries (For their first year) Gifts are nice, but they don't really mean that much of the love they share. All they want is each other... and just to be together.

In fact, this is an old wedding ritual I've heard about (But can't remember from where) The Bride and Groom would take their most valuable, most treasured item (Jewelry... prized possession... ect, ect) and toss it into the ocean, to prove that nothing is more valuable to them than each other.

Grand Ruler and Celestia are the same like Lightning and Starla: They constantly are busy with so much, sometimes they don't even get to go to bed at night because things are so important, or danger is afoot. But they love each other very dearly, and... as was stated in Season 1...

Celesto didn't love Celestia for her riches, for her title, or the glamour and fame and magic, but just Celestia, for she was kind to him when others were not. She was a true friend to him and helped him overcome his insecurities of looking different.

Celestia, she could see Celesto had heart and soul, and he only wished to do what was right and best for everyone, even if it meant regrettable actions. She knows how caring and loving he is.

What's more, though Celesto is more powerful than Celestia, and he IS the Commander-in-Chief of Starfleet. He does not just jump the gun and always make an idea and force people to comply with it. He gladly accepts suggestions from others.

Celestia, Grand Ruler, and Luna equally co-rule United Equestria together, with no higher authority than the other.

And as Grand ruler told Lightning in Season 1"A true leader is not made by how powerful he/she is... but by those who choose to follow him/her."

As for Tree Hugger and Buddy, I shipped together cuz, Tree Hugger's pretty, and she's got a thing for nature... just like Buddy does. I do portray her as someone who cooks and cleans a lot, but Tree Hugger doesn't mind it at all. These are things she's TRAINED herself in to help her be a god wife. She just wants her new family to be happy.

She Buddy work the garden and the chores together with DD, but Tree Hugger also has her own jobs (Which is why she is so well-rounded)

-Yoga Instructor
-Aroma Therapist (Possibly)
-Botanist
-Eccologist
-Gardener
-Author

The way I portray Tree Hugger being affectionate with Buddy isn't being sexist, as some women dream of being wives, and want only to take good care of their loved ones. But if anything, it looks more like SHE'S the more domineering one in the marriage, when it comes to affection... that is. (Hehe)

So quit making wild assumptions, and stop wishing for things I don't wish to use.

The camera't not on them 24/7, and I don't HAVE to portray them they way YOU want them.
