Alright, so if you didn't know this, I love a challenge. I also love contests, and despite me never winning them, I always at least put my hat in the pile. So sadly I missed Aragon's "Comedy is Serious Business" contest but I'm not going to miss this one, not if I can help it. And I actually have an idea for it, but I want to know what my followers think. This is not an actual summary, but more the premise.
Premise: After a fatal accident, Shining Armor is now in a coma, Princess Cadence has more than enough to worry about, with ruling the Crystal Empire and raising their child on her own. Of course she feels weak, but remains strong knowing that Shining wouldn't want her to worry. Her heart aches for him, and she gets comfort from a familiar friend and casual lover in more than one way, but yet she feels so wrong. She goes to Shining Armor's bedside, and pours out tears of love for him, but mostly guilt. Why would she betray him like that? Just because he was in a coma didn't mean he wouldn't come back, and yet she had cheated on him. Of course she had talked to him about a possible other lover, but it was supposed to be all of them agreeing to it, not like this. This wasn't right, and she felt horrible about it. The worst part was....she could only grieve and feel the sting of the guilt, as he laid on the hospital bed.
