I've always played with the idea, that the alicorn space thingy from magical mystery cure could be actual space, and every tiny star is actually giant, or in this case a universe

I mean, size don't matter in that case, celly is celly. However, it's impossible to be larger than the omniverse unless she's a being from OUTSIDE of reality. An alternate would be that she takes up so much space that she IS the omniverse, and just projects an avatar of herself.
