    It's been a very intense year for me. I've been fortunate enough to have been working this entire time and was promoted twice since March. This was the cause of the delay in this story.     I have finally concluded “The Phoenix King”. It went on longer than I ever thought it would and probably didn’t need to be so long to begin with. Although, I had a great amount of fun writing every chapter of it and felt that it had literal arcs that focused on different things to keep it fresh. Or at leas to hope it did.

Postponing · 11:43am Nov 9th, 2017

The next chapter will be delayed a few more days. Previous chapters were slightly delayed due to work and school. This particular chapter is delayed due to several reasons, but the biggest is self improvement on my part.

I was given a review of Smoldering It Over, which offered many areas I needed to work on, and I want to incorporate that into my latest chapter in some way. While it is far too late to change certain aspects of previous stories, the changes will be more grammatical and how sentences are structured.

I want to improve so that I can write a better story. I don't believe that the changes will be all that jarring, but my hope is that it will look and read better in some degree.

I apologise for this postponment.

Just in case anyone is curious, this next chapter will be Smolder focused. Thank you for humoring me with these tangent story lines I come up with.
