Finally made it to Babscon

What a long strange trip it's been. This is much harder to do on the fly with a disabled girlfriend than flying solo. I can't afford to drive 6 hours and get a hotel in Dallas, and you think I can afford to go to LA? No way. The hits I took in August and this month have pretty much guaranteed the rest of this year is bust, and probably most of next year, too.
