I'd actually like to use this as a jumping off point for a question: I hate writing. It is in most respects not a fun, easy, or enjoyable activity for me. I enjoy the results and attention and comments. That's why most of my stories are so short.

So I'm curious, with the exception of this and a few other stories, why are most of your story so short?
