One of the most common complaints I got from my last story was that

Ok, where was I? Oh yeah, people said that they can't see Pinkie Pie become an alcoholic or addict, or that she shouldn't.
Why? I mean, if you don't like the idea, that's fine. But I don't get this "it shouldn't" complaint.
Well, I do get it, most bronies are young, probably in their teens and haven't seen alcoholism. At least that's what I like to think.
In my experience, alcoholism and addiction don't have limits. Alcohol doesn't go "shit, this person has this or that quality, I can't touch him." Anyone can be affected and people who party are likely candidates.
Again, if you don't like the concept, that's fine, but I don't think you can say that alcoholism can't touch Pinkie Pie or anypony for that matter. Nobody is exempt.
Something similar happened with Fluttershy, although there was only one complaint about her.
Anyway, I just wanted to vent a bit.
