I posted the profiling blog and promtply realized I forgot to mention something.
What do you all think of the Green Lanterns being in the Hero Souls stories? Not a Hero Soul itself, but rather the Green Lantern Corp.?
My idea was that one specific character, who shall remain unnamed to prevent spoilers, manages to call out to the power of the Green Will through their own Willpower, and it decided to help them by granting them a ring and lantern. After discussing it with Twilight and learning more about the Corp., this person will then set out to recreate the Green Lanterns in this world. Granted, only this person will have a ring, but they will train an organization to do the same job on Equestria that the original Green Lanterns did for the DC universe.
It's still a fledgling idea, and I only really have the scene where this person gets the ring figured out, but I figured I should run it by you guys and see what you think, or if you have an ideas to modify it.
The Lanterns always fascinated me, so I like your Idea of introducing the Lights in this universe. I have a theory about who have enough willpower to create a ring, but I'm not sure. Go ahead

Canon rings fit on anything and everything, even a planet, so a pony can be a suitable wearer. Hoof or horn, it will fit

I think it's a great idea. And Twilight could also assist in the training (despite not being a Lantern herself) because of her past life's considerable experience WITH the Green Lantern Corps (i.e. some of his/her closest friends have been key members of the Corps, so he/she has a good idea how the Green Lantern Corps operate)
It would be interesting to see.
