    A Beautiful Lesson

Sometimes we need to be reminded, just because one's not the star of the show, doesn't make them unimportant. You're all valued in one way or another, whether your role be small or big, and that's okay.

EQG Stardust; The Villain? · 12:38am May 31st, 2017

As a continuation of a discussion regarding a potential sequel to AJBS long after it's done, one idea revolves around the main role of another version of Stardust whom landed in the EQG dimension than the pony world. One where he's a student at Canterlot High, or Crystal Prep, or an adventurer with an important task by Starswirl himself.

Or a world where he is, in fact, the villain.

As in, say, the main antagonist, the one who spoils the day on most episodes throughout the seasons, a hindrance and threat the girls must overcome numerous times. And he had no choice but to play that role if he ever wished to return home. Or, perhaps, a villain by the public and the heroes, who is secretly working to help them all behind the curtains.

What do you think? Would Stardust make a convincing villain, given the chance?

I can't help but imagine this would be his main villain theme whenever fighting the girls:

And this theme plays whenever he's in a scene, immediately stealing the spotlight from the girls because, clearly, he'd be everyone's favourite character:

I'd read the heck out of that xD
well i'd read the heck out of anything you write so long as it includes Stardust Balance so

I lean more towards wanting him in CHS or Crystal Prep just so that I can see him destroy everyone there with mere words and maybe punch bullySunset because I read a fanfic where she admits she can't physically fight and just looked and acted tough because 1) she was a unicorn which naturally don't go close combat 2) Celestia never taught her how to fight 3) she didn't know how to fight with a human body
Oh that can be a rant for stardust "Seriously what the [BEEP] she went down that easily, come to think of it (put reasons where she couldn't fight here) and not one of these cardboard cutouts here thought to actually do this, not even Rainbow Dash the one you would think would do this kind of thing. It's a good thing Sunset under up in this mockery of adolescence instead of an actual High School because she would not have survived." Or something like that if it happened

Ended up not under up

It seems perfect. Decent villains are always needed in Fimfiction stories. Among the best villains I've read and I've laughed a lot was Nigel M. Chamber in all its versions, as well as, The Rise of Darth Vulcan which unfortunately was eliminated by the author, who knows why?

Greetings.

I think you should be the villain.
It be really neat if Stardust was there before Sunset Shimmer came through the portal. And Sunset Shimmer actually took on the hero role sooner. She arrives at Canterlot High and seeing Stardust bullying the school takes it upon herself to fight back and over time brings the humane 5 together to battle Stardust as He progresses and becomes more evil. She settles her issues with Celestia through the journal over time as Celestia offers advice to combat Stardust. And sends her care packages every 30 moons (season cliff hangers) up till Stardust does something so bad Celestia is forced to send twilight through the portal and you write us a better 1st EG movie plot.
