I started taking a type of medicine called Melatonin to help me sleep. It's working, but I fall asleep from around 7 or 8 to around 4. I sleep so well... but for the wrong time period. I get more hours than I need, but I still feel like I should've slept until 6 AM. It's 4:30-ish now, and I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed for no reason. I have no job, nor would I want one that started at 6 AM unless I was working at a bed & breakfast and could eat the food at breakfast time... which I would probably abuse so much I would get fired. On the plus side... being the only awake person in the house means I can break the rules... as long as I stay quiet. So what should I do today? I wanna start playing a new game but can't buy anything... can you recommend any good flash games for me to play? If not, I'll just browse www.onemorelevel.com and a few other websites until I find one.
Uh, Melatonin isn't technically medicine. It's actually a hormone naturally produced by the body to regulate sleep and wakefulness, which is why it isn't regulated by the DEA.
