Tonight, now that work is over, I shall write.

I cannot say if I will publish a chapter tonight, but I will get some measure of work done.
The analgesic and courage-enhancing effects of vitamin B (beer) have spurred me to a sense of creativity and audacity which, I hope, will enable me to write productively for the first time since my wisdom teeth began fucking my world up.

So, remember that wisdom tooth extraction a few months back?

Well it turns out it's REALLY fucked me up.
The entire time since that procedure, I haven't felt right. My bite is off, my teeth are incredibly sensitive, and nothing the dentist has done has come remotely close to helping.

My formula for productive writing · 3:57am Apr 9th, 2017

4oz Gin (Tanqueray no. 10 is the best IMHO)
1oz Dry Vermouth
1 fuckton Ice
1 Keyboard

Put ice into cocktail shaker, then pour in vermouth. Swirl gently for approximately 30 seconds. Keeping the vermouth is optional if you prefer a sweeter martini. Pour in gin. Shake or stir by preference. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Use an olive, lemon twists are for pansies.

Sit down at your keyboard, enjoy your drink, and flail aimlessly until words come out.
