And at last, here it is! A gift to the best fans on the site from the Electric Eccentric! In this blog post, please submit your ideas for a one-shot that will be added as a chapter to my upcoming anthology fic, "From the Desk of LightningSword"!
Each chapter will be somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,000-3,000 words long, and will be based entirely on prompts and suggestions posted by you! Here are the rules:
1: The anthology goes up to Teen rating. Meaning NO SEX AND NO GORE.
2: No OCs. As much as I would like to, I can never capture the character of another person's OC, and should never try. OC are just that: original characters. Your work is yours, and it's not my place to write about characters you created.
3: No suggestions based on my existing fics (for now). So, alternate chapters, spin-offs, or continuations of my existing stories are off limits. This special is all about you, not me. This is your story, not just a rehash of my stuff. For those looking to have me do that, I sincerely apologize; I may do that for a future special, but for now, this is about the stories you want to bring to life, not just something for me to do.
4: No continuations of another author's work. This sort of combines my principles from rule 2 and rule 3. It's not my place to continue the work of others, and it would be difficult securing their permission to do so. Besides, this is about you guys. This isn't just about seeing things you want done, this is about you fulfilling your own storytelling fantasies. WHatever story you want told that is yours and yours alone, will be told by this anthology. You're the star. Not me. Not Pen Stroke. Not SS&E. You.

The Cutie Map calls Twilight to the Crystal Empire's castle, where she encounters her former foalsitter, about to try and corrupt the Crystal Heart to let more dark magic in. This is the story of their fight, for both believe to be right.
