What a not so happy Valentine's Day for me... (Warning, depressed rant inbound) · 4:35pm Feb 14th, 2017
So, Valentine's day has come around for the 19th year in my life, and I couldn't be less happy about it? Why you ask? Well, think about it, no girl anywhere near my age will ever look twice at me considering I'm a shut-in who only has his plushies, TV Shows, Video Games and his musical notes to keep him for company, and add to the fact that I'm a Brony, that's another point leading to my unattractiveness. Speaking of that, I'm hardly the most handsome guy in the world, probably at the very low end of the scale to be honest. Now the last couple of Valentine's Days up until last year were fine, just another holiday that I couldn't love nor hate even with teenage hormones setting in, until I discovered Equestria Girls. Now I'm relegated to bloody fucking crushes who I know won't exist except in movies so every Valentine's Day, except if by some chance I ACTUALLY do get a girlfriend, and that's not happening, will just be depressing as I know the only girls I have crushes on don't EVEN fucking exist! ...God, I need serious therapy and I know it. Sorry for burdening your day and for my little rant, but I seriously needed to vent my feelings on the matter before I exploded at somebody, and that wouldn't have been pretty, trust me.

None of that's true pal, None of it. Stop beating yourself up like that I tell myself a lot of similar things even though I know it's not true, and I need to fix that as well. But seriously I guarantee that there are people out there who will give you a second look, and if you really look I think you'll find them someday.

*virtual hug* I know how you feel, and I know it sucks, but you're not alone. I hate Valentine's Day too. I'm 16 in nine days, and I just found out that my girlfriend of twenty-two days likes her ex more than me. So, I just dumped my first girlfriend ever. But, even after a huge argument, she told me that nothing I was saying about myself was true. So, I'll just say, you might think the absolute worst of yourself, but there's someone out there that disagrees with you, even if they won't openly say it.
I know how you feel Bricklayer. Still I say "good things come in time" and they usually do. My last girlfriend broke up with me a few days after. My seinor year school prom. Never the less I hold no grudge and we still are friends. The point it patence is key and it will come.
