It's 37 outside - 2 for our metric readers - and wet. We've been having a drizzling rain almost all day and I'm cold. Not freezing, just cold - that annoying kind of cold that seeps into every last inch and the only thing that helps is blankets and layered clothing.

So here I am, wearing multiple layers and feeling frumpy. I hate winter. When do I get to take part in fixing up the little critters' homes below and making nests for the returning southern birds? Winter wrap up winter wrap up......
