Well seeing as I'm currently in the middle of the next chapter I might as well share some of my thoughts on what I am planning. First, I'm thinking that certain family members will be showing up in the near future, though some of them won't be quite what you expect from the show. For example Fluttershy's mother will have a slight personality shift and Rainbow Dash's parents? Well let's just say that her father is the biggest flirt in Cloudsdale and her mother is crippled in some way. I still need to pick names for them both, though I mahy stick with Firefly for one as I have plans for it later.
Now on another note, sometimes it's a bad idea to make plans on your writing while at work. I almost had myself crying so make of that what you will. 
Now for the fun bit. I just realized that there will be some major changes to things in the near future as I just realized that one of the keys will not fit anymore and needs a replacement. Silver Shill's coin will no longer be a key and I may need to consider what I will be doing with the others as well now. In fact, I'm not sure how I would go about doing Rarity's, Pinkie's(may ditch Al cameo), and Twilight's. RD's will probably be the same, and I already have Flare's ready. Also could use some possible ideas to ditch the 'How the F- Have You Not Died Off Breezies' episode as well. 
I have sort of an idea how to handle the breezies...
The problem i have is that i don't know how to say it.... in my head it sounds incresingly more complex the more i think about it but at the same time so simple to the point of it being like a broken rubiks cube that i have no idea how to even explain how it broke in the first place
And i have no idea what i even mean by all of that.....
Well I thought you were going to make it so there would only be the original six keys without Flare's element getting a slot since you mentioned how she was missing in EGU but the elements still activated. But I digress it will be interesting to see how you do it. Also I enjoy the way you have Flare being suspicious of anything Celestia has planned showing her as a Chessmaster that can't adapt to something unexpected.
4374157 Well technically, one of the keys have already been revealed though I doubt it has been noticed yet.
Of course I may have overused the Chekov's Gun trope a bit as I think I left a few of them laying around.
