Of Birthdays and Story Status · 4:01pm Feb 10th, 2018
Bleh, it has been too long since I've gotten anything out and it's all because of my current project. Back at the start of December I decided to do a little story for Christmas... which has now turned into a two month-long blah fest. As of now, I am hopeful that I will be getting it out by my birthday this coming 14th, but with how things have been going? At the very least I should have at least the meat of it done and will leave the Epilogue for later. Currently I have finished the Pinkie and Fluttershy portions of it, and am in the middle of the RD section, so that leaves that and 3 other ponies to go.
As for my other stories? They'll continue as normal afterwards, though I am considering adding a new story to my roster to pair with Trickster Priest in some ways as another Displaced story to work with. All I will say about it now, though, is that it will take place in a Power Ponies universe, which is semi-rare for displaced, and will be featuring a character that is rather short of stature and for a good many chapters will not even be noted by most of the mane cast. That tends to happen with rodents. 
So yeah, still alive and writing, but have trouble actually doing it as whenever I sit down to actually write I lose all motivation to do so. It has nothing to do with my new .Hack/GU game or new mangas I've been reading... Nope, definitely not those. 
I’m in two minds the epilogue.
On one hand I’m excited that this excellent story will see completion.
But on the other hand I’m sad that it is coming to a close. Plus there are so many mysteries still to be explained. Like will the mane 7 discover Flare’s origins & and what insight the immortal has found from its experiment,
I look forward to your next instalment of this gripping story.

Oh that story still has a long way to go. It's the Christmas story that still needs the epilogue that I have little motivation to write for right now.
So we have an entirely different story and no news on when 7 lights gets an update? So do I throw this in the hiatus shelf then?
I just really want to finish the seven lights. Its even better than the show.
