What the heck? · 3:26am Dec 29th, 2016
So as many of you know, Carrie Fisher passed away a few days ago. Someone, I don't remember who, it could have been on the news or some comment on this site, mentioned "There's still four more days of the year." Well, guess what?
Debbie Reynolds passed away as well. Seriously, what the hell 2016?
2016: The year many great celebrities die, Trump is elected, and many other tragedies. Yep, It's the end of the world as we know it...![:trixieshiftright:](https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/trixieshiftright.png)
I dont get it.
It is a tragedy that these people died, but celebrities die everyear. 2016 is a normal year with highs and lows, it certainly cant hold a light to how devastating previous years have been. This realy isnt the place for me to be arguing a mute point but i wanted to vent and this has been a long time coming.
4359762 trump is elected...a tragedy... you're going to ignore the recent attacks like the recent berlin attack in which the suspect fled and was found two countries away during a routine traffic stop, the $400 million dollars Obama sent to Iran that they accepted as terror ransom and proof they won the nuclear talks, or the failed coup in Turkey and the subsequent purges.
Get your politics out of my blog.
2016 has been the worst year of recent memory, but when 2017 starts, it will be the worst year come around February when 2016 is a memory, people will forget the bad and then 2017 will be the worst year ever.
I don't mean to be a downer but imagine you have statistics on mean life expectancy and variance, standard bell curve distribution graphs, and that people became famous 40 years ago when they were in their prime...
It sucks that defining personalities which defined our youth appear to be dropping like flies but it could be just a matter of probabilities.
Until we have CelestAI and are able to go virtual, this will continue for every generation.
If 2016 was a TV series it'd be Game of Thrones
