You could use Red X as Sunset Shimmer a character that is both a hero and a villain at the same time

From what I was getting from Queen Kobra, she's either Starlight Glimmer or Chrysalis.

Pretty good list. And, yeah, I would ALSO have to say that Queen Kobra is either Chrysalis or Starlight, with the other one being the Brother Blood/Queen Bee fusion.

And I also agree that Sunset is the best suspect for Red X (I can safely eliminate Luna and Discord, despite both of them being both heroes and villains in the past, because they are BOTH much too powerful to NEED those types of gadgets against relative small timers [Discord especially]), though Trixie is also a possibility (given she, too, has experience on both the good and bad sides)

And, yeah, I was wrong about Blueblood being Luthor. I freely admit it.

Also, you left off Braeburn: Jonah Hex

and probably one or two that I missed as well.

Possibly, except Luthor was actually a GOOD GUY in the "Gods and Monsters" universe. So, unless Sombra gets a MAJOR case of Adaptational Heroism, I doubt it will be him.

Then again, Sunburst got a major case of Adaptational Villainy (being basically the second-in-command to Queen Kobra; who is almost definitely either Starlight or Chrysalis; when he is usually one of the nicer non-lead characters), so you never know.
